COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

This document contains the official guidelines, regulations and limitations of all members of the community within the Stardust Whitelist server. Whatever is written within this document applies to any and all individuals residing in the city. Failure to adhere to the community policy can and will result in moderation issued by the Stardust Team. Please familiarize yourself with all rules outlined in this document.

Briefing:

1.01 - Members of the community staff team are given the necessary authority to penalize you, deal with matters regarding rule breaks and so on however they like based on a codex of penalty codes. However, some situations may be amended depending on your previous infractions and interactions with the staff team as well as the severity of the infraction.

1.02 - The behavior, attitude and manners that you display towards members of the community staff team may impact the judgement that is being made towards you, and may have a positive effect on the severity of your punishment. Make sure that you are respectful and cooperative with staff members.

1.03 - Please refrain from using the character skins aka ped skins from the regular Grand Theft Auto, you should only be using the fully customizable model aka the multiplayer model from Grand Theft Auto unless you have been given specific permission from a senior member of the staff team. (Admin or higher) If stuck on the Michael PED upon creating a new character, /resetped will fix it.

1.04 - As we try to refrain from limiting the potential of the RP from the community, these guidelines are to help support and create equality in situations amongst all aspects in the server. Please respect and try not to abuse the leniency we are providing as we do not want to implement rules that would restrict the possibilities of players creating amazing RP scenarios. If players are frequently caught abusing this slack that we are offering, we will be forced to add restrictions to avoid further complications.

External Guidelines:

2.01 - You are mandated to follow the Twitch Terms of Service

2.02 - Within our Discord, you are mandated to comply with the Discord Terms of Service

2.03 - Failure to comply with Terms of Servies may result in a Permaban

Trolling & Toxicity:

3.01 - You may establish your personality however you like with a few limitations. Some of these limitations would be establishing an excessively toxic character and/or personality. This will not be tolerated as it may impact other players in a negative manner. Please refrain from doing this.

3.02 - Scenarios and interactions that happen within character are to remain within character. If you have any grudges or beef with other individuals and players on your character, refrain from bringing such interactions out of character or over to another character. Whatever happens on a character stays on that character. Plain and simple.

3.03 - Two wrongs DO NOT make a right. Excessive toxicity and or excessive retaliation are unnecessary and unpleasant in most scenarios. We expect you to work your problems out in a civilized manner. No derogatory or excessively toxic slurs or terms are to be used in any circumstance!

Harassment & Manipulation:

4.01 - Refrain from intentionally harassing or bothering individuals and other players within the community. This will not be tolerated in any circumstance and will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server. This includes but is not limited to the usage of derogatory slurs or terms and excessive unwarranted or unsolicited retaliation.

4.02 - Harassment regarding another individual's sexual orientation or gender will not be tolerated in any circumstance and will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server. This includes interactions both in and out of city.” Any infraction upon this rule will be considered unappealable due to the severity of the infraction.

4.03 - Refrain from bringing in-character events and incidents to outside of character communications. Do not initiate any OOC communication or interaction with ANY individuals from the scene/scenario, as this may be considered harassment depending on what is said and or done (as well as meta-gaming in certain scenarios).

4.04 - Refrain from making threats that may be recognized as out of character threats. Any such threats will not be tolerated and may result in an immediate ban from the server depending on the severity, context and intentions of such threats. Any and all threats should be done in the city and in character with the intention of continuing an RP-enriched scene/scenario/arc.

Breaking Character:

5.01 - Refrain from breaking character under any circumstance. This will not be tolerated and will only result in negatively impacting any scenario, interaction or event. The only exception to this rule is if a staff member intervenes in a scene/interaction/scenario due to a report. (These situations will be few and far between)

5.02 - Refrain from asking ANY OOC (out of character) questions whilst in RP. If you have any such questions, follow the respective reporting systems currently in use. (Discord, /ooc or /report)

5.03 - Under no circumstances should you be discussing and/or speaking in city of or about the concept of "Government" or "Staff" and their respective actions/meetings in correlation to the servers staff team.

Character Bleed:

6.01 - It is important that people understand character bleed and how to combat it. What is character bleed? When things in city start affecting the way you feel about people and situations in real life. When OOC drama/emotions are brought in city. When you start sharing info/connections/feelings between two of your characters who should not be connected like that.

6.02 - Remember that while there are parts of us in our characters, we are not our characters. It is important to separate the two and to remember that what happens in city stays there and that any disagreements, wars, rivalries need to stay there. If you find yourself getting effected by situations happening in city, find a way to remove yourself from the scene and take some time to cool down, relax, or destress.

6.03 - The city is still growing and we've got a long road ahead of us, if you need to take breaks from the city then do so. Don't worry about missing out, we will be here and ready for you when you come back. We as staff will always encourage you to take care of yourselves first.

Serious Roleplay:

7.01 - You are expected and required to carry out your roleplay scenarios as seriously and realistically as possible. Remember that you are playing a character/personality within a virtual world with the intention of resembling the real world. Therefore, your character should slowly develop and evolve through any and all interactions/scenarios it is presented with.

7.02 - There is a fine line between Realism and RP. That being said, staff will enforce the concept RP > Realism. This means that while an action/RP scenario may be realistic, if said action/RP scenario is not consistent with maintaining non-excessively toxic productive RP, it will not be allowed within the community. The staff has the discretion to decide this and it is the responsibility of the whitelisted community to use “common sense” to carry out quality RP.

Character Development:

8.01 - Any character that you create should take weeks if not months to develop and evolve properly. Upon flying into the city, you are not to instantly become some infamous drug lord or the head of a criminal organization. Establishing anything close to that takes time and should not be rushed.

8.02 - When interacting with other individuals, take notice of some of the attributes displayed in their personalities and character. Furthermore, take and change some of these attributes in order to properly develop and evolve your own character.

Random Deathmatch (RDM):

9.01 - You are never to kill or attempt to kill without a valid reason or without the appropriate initiation of roleplay. Players scraping your car is not a valid reason to take or attempt to take a life. It should only be necessary to kill to be similar to a reason such as self-defense or being non compliant. This does not imply to gang wars.

Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM):

10.01 - You are not allowed to use your vehicle as a weapon to kill someone for any reason. However, pitting vehicles within reason is permitted with the appropriate initiation. As well as if you are a member of a law enforcement agency within the policies that are described for that agency.

Fear Roleplay:

11.01 - Your character is always required to fear its own life. (Ex: If someone points a gun at your head, you should always comply with their instructions and demands within the limitations of the server regulations)

11.02 - If someone has a firearm pointed at you from a reasonably close distance (within the normal vocal radius), or if they caught you off guard without a weapon/back turned away, or you are temporarily immobilized (ex: tased on the ground, in a disabled car or a car with the engine off), listen to their demands and instructions. If using a melee weapon they must be within arms reach to attempt to threaten you. When taken as a hostage, you are to treat the weapon, melee or firearm, with the same level of threat to your life.

11.03 - If someone has a weapon pointed at you, do not pull your own out.

11.04 - All of the guidelines listed above apply to members of law enforcement as well.

11.05 - Suicidal roleplay is allowed, but you still have to fear your life, suicidal or not.

Dead & Injured:

12.01 - Upon being downed or killed, you are to act appropriately as if you are injured. This means not calling out locations or any details that would give you an advantage or stop you from respawning and losing your memory. You are to RP out your injury as if you are actually hurt and depending on your characters persona, act as if your character is desperate to survive. You can shout for help and RP out the pain. However, after the timer reaches zero and you are able to respawn, you are to act as if you are unconscious. If EMS directs you to, you may talk about what kind of injury you may have sustained and what pain you are feeling or use the /me command to express to them what kind of injuries you have sustained.

12.02 - Refrain from leaving the hospital in a normal manner. If you have recently been released from the hospital, act as if you have been recently injured. You should scale it depending on the severity of the injuries that you were treated for to promote some form of realism to yourself and everyone else around you.

New Life Rule:

13.01 - Whenever you die and are in a situation where you need to respawn , you are to forget the events and scenarios leading up to your death. You are not to investigate your death. You are to act as if you have no idea of what happened and that you are living as if the events leading up to your death never happened. This doesn't mean forget everything you ever knew, just the events that caused your death from the past 30 mins.

13.02 - Once you dump someone, you are not to dump them again for the same situation and reasoning. Repeated killing of an individual is disregarding the new life rule. Once a dump is completed the argument, scenario or previous arc is expected to be settled and moved on.

13.03 - If someone kills you and you had to respawn, you are not allowed to go back to kill them just because they killed you in the past.

Metagaming:

14.01 - Your character cannot relay information in which it did not learn within character.

14.02 - Anything you see on Twitch, Discord or any other form of streaming source cannot be used within character in any form or shape.

14.03 - You may not use third party communications such as Discord, TeamSpeak, Skype, etc as a radio. You can buy an in-game radio at Digital Den.

14.04 - You cannot use your in-game radio or external communications to relay your position to others while downed or dead.

14.05 - You cannot use any out of city applications (Discord, Twitch, etc) to organize an attack or robbery. Only by in city means should communication occur such as radios and phones are allowed.

14.06 - Communicating in Discord while doing casual tasks and jobs such as fishing or simply just hanging out is fine. Bear in mind, while doing these casual tasks, upon coming into a scenario involving other players, you should cut Discord communication (deafen and mute) until the scene is over.

14.07 - You may not use voices heard inside a building or vehicle as a means to communicate. Only exception being if the individual decides to initiate and respond back to you as a mutual channel of communication has been established.

14.08 - You may not use voices heard through an exploit/glitch as means to gather information for usage in character. You are to reset your voice settings upon encountering this glitch. You may not relay or use the information or communication that you receive through this way as it is also considered power-gaming.

Powergaming:

15.01 - The act of roleplaying outside of your character’s traits, abusing mechanics and using mechanics that are not supposed to be in-game is not permitted, examples below:

15.02 - Talking and/or organizing rescue plans while downed or dead.

15.03 - Roleplaying as if you have unrealistic superpowers.

15.04 - Using /me outside of RP purposes to notify someone about something to gain an advantage in a situation.

15.05 - Not staying true to your physical character. If you are an old overweight person, you should always keep your physical limitations in mind.

15.06 - Not allowing other people to speak during a scenario.

15.07 - Robbing people without giving them an opportunity to speak or defend themselves.

15.08 - Putting people in a situation with no escape or way out.

15.09 - Using emotes or other actions while dead.

Combat Logging & Server Restarts:

16.01 - The act of disconnecting from the server in the middle of a roleplay scenario is never permitted. This will be treated as combat logging.

16.02 - Game crashes must immediately be reported in the game crashes channel in the discord if you are in a roleplay scenario.

16.03 - If the server restarts mid scenario, if possible, you should reconnect and finish the scenario.

Cheating & Exploitation:

17.01 - Using cheats or exploits to gain an advantage is prohibited, and is an instant non-negotiable ban. This includes but is not limited to client modifications, abusing broken server mechanics and more.

17.02 - Any broken server mechanics must be reported to staff immediately. If you are caught abusing broken server mechanics, you could be dealt a permanent ban or a full character wipe.

17.03 - Impersonating law enforcement or emergency service personnel is not tolerated, and will be treated as a severe infraction.

17.04 - Forcing locals/npc's out of their vehicles to then sell narcotics and illegal items to them is unrealistic and will result in a powergaming ban from the server.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS):

18.01 - You cannot kill or attack any form of personnel within the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) On-Duty, UNLESS YOU HAVE A VALID REASON. Such as, them assisting an individual up when you have clearly instructed them not to. Or, if they are effectively hindering you from escaping or carrying out your scenario.

18.02 - You are not allowed to stop the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) from picking someone up permanently. Only until you manage to escape or get what you need from the individuals. Only with the above scenario you will be allowed to prevent members of the emergency medical service from picking up someone for a total of 15 minutes.

Law Enforcement Agencies:

19.01 - Robbing police for any items that can only be obtained through PD is strictly forbidden!! Anyone caught in possession of PD issued equipment will most likely face consequences.

19.02 - Police are not to sell or purposely give any equipment to citizens. Any member of the police department caught doing this will immediately receive a suspension from the server.

19.03 - Randomly stealing emergency vehicles is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to vehicles of law enforcement agencies, as well as emergency medical service vehicles. However, if you are being chased by a police vehicle and you kill the cop you may take possession of that vehicle until you get away. Upon getting away, you must dump the vehicle. You may steal a cop car to rescue criminals from the back but still must dump the car afterwards.

Group Capacities:

20.01 A- There may only be up to 6 people roaming together conspiring to do criminal activity outside of the robbery and heist limits. (For gangs, check the Criminal Enterprise Guidelines).

Robberies & Heists:

21.01 B - Group limits and timers are as follows:

FOUR(4) for a Store Robbery - Every 30 mins
FOUR(4) for a House Robbery - Every 30 mins
FOUR(4) for a Bank Truck Robbery - 1 hr
FOUR(4) for Vangelico - 1 hr
FOUR(4) for Fleeca - 1 hr
FIVE(5) for Paleto bank - 1 hr
SIX(6) for Pacific bank - 1 hr
Four(4) for Car Boosting
- D Boost - No timer
- C Boost - 10 Mins
- B Boost - 15 Mins
- A Boost - 20 Mins
- A+ Boost - 25 Mins
- S Boost - 45 Mins
- S+ Boost - 1 Hr

21.02 - You must wait at the scene of a crime for at least FIFTEEN mins before leaving the scene of a crime with the exception of boosts. You may rob a Vangelico or a Bank once every hour. It is your responsibility to track the amount of time that has passed between the robberies/boosts.

21.03 - Before and after a server restart, you have to wait FIFTEEN minutes before conducting criminal activities and robberies.

21.04 - You are not allowed to coordinate multiple heists and robberies to be performed at the same time. (Unless permitted by staff beforehand)

21.05 - If you are downed and taken to the hospital, you cannot rejoin the same scenario for at least 60 minutes after you get revived. This is to allow time to RP out your injuries and allow more realistic and fair scenes.

21.06 - Scamming on the server is only allowed up to the amount of $30,000. Anything else above this amount is a bannable offence.

21.07 - Robbing other individuals in highly public areas is allowed. In order to enhance RP, prior to robbing the player in a crowded public area, call 911 and inform police that there is a robbery in progress as a bystander would normally call the cops to a robbery in a situation like that. Robberies should not occur when another active scene is in play at the location you wish to rob someone. (Don't steal the spotlight from someone and try to be a supportive roleplayer). Be smart about the robbery as you will likely meet resistance depending on the location. MRPD and Ocean Medical are still a no robbery zone.

21.08 - If you have intent to carry out any form of robbery, it has to be done in a manner where the initiation is realistic and appropriate. The execution of the scenario is to be done in a manner where all parties involved may take part in the roleplay, and upon concluding a robbery you may not harm or kill the victim(s) unless the victim(s) has shown a lack of cooperation and/or if the victim has had behavior that is hostile/threatening towards the robbers.

21.09 - Only 3 people who were actively involved in the race are allowed to assist in getting other racers out who are ACTIVELY getting chased AFTER the race is done. What does it mean to be actively in the race: You joined the race and have run the track with the others.

Hostages & Kidnapping:

22.01 - Refrain from taking members of law enforcement agencies or medical personnel hostage if there are FIVE(5) or less of each online at the time. Refrain from taking them hostage if you have no reasoning behind it. An example of this would be police arresting your buddy. This does not give you the right to walk up to them and start kidnapping them. This is unrealistic and will not be tolerated.

22.02 - You may not hold one or multiple individuals against their will for more than 45 minutes. There are exceptions to this such as if a scene lasts longer or if the hostage is okay with it. Any longer and you are to release them as you are effectively wasting their time holding them. This does not mean hostages are to stop fearing for their life.

22.03 - Any individuals taken hostage are mandated to comply with the demands and instructions given by criminals. Especially if there are weapons or deadly equipment pointed at them. Law enforcement agencies, upon being handed over the hostages, must go through with whatever demands they have agreed to. Of course, these demands should be reasonable within the limits of the city. But, feel free to get creative when asking for demands with the intention of exceptional RP in mind.

22.04 - While taking players hostage from a police station or a hospital is frowned upon, it is not against the rules as long as there is a valid reason behind it. Keep in mind that the RP and intentions behind taking hostages in these locations must be on par with the risk involved. Bear the fact that you would be surrounded by police if taking hostages in or around a police station or police would be quickly responding to a kidnapping at a hospital.

Weapons:

23.01 - Avoid using a gun for petty things. Guns are high risk weaponry and are not to be flashed like toys. You should use simpler things such as fists, knives, or other smaller weapons for lower priority situations.

Gangs & Organizations:

24.01 - You are always to remember your crews purpose and make sure to keep that in mind.

24.03 - Multiple characters from one player in one gang or crime family is not permitted. Avoid creating multiple characters involved within the same story and scenarios.

Characters:

25.01 - When creating a character, realize that you are not just putting a name on an in-game player.

25.02 - Make sure to consider attributes and traits for your personality. Are they shy, or confident? Are they hard working or lazy?

25.03 - Give your character some strengths and weaknesses and think about how your character would react to things based on those traits.

25.04 - What is the background for this character? Where do they come from? While this doesn’t have to be very detailed, putting some thought and effort into this will make it easier to roleplay with the character.

25.05 - Remember to stick to your character’s traits. You are playing as the life of this character. Their experiences should allow your character to evolve. Consider the consequences of your actions to evolve your character.

25.06 - Your character cannot be involved in everything. If there is something else you would like to try out, consider making another character and building up a story and background for it. A character should never be a lawyer, CEO, mob boss, psychopath and be involved in every criminal group at the same time.

25.07 - Be mindful about how you try to enter on-going scenarios and story lines. You can interact with people to see if an opportunity arises. Do not just show up out of nowhere trying to make an impact or steer a current storyline if your story has not led up to it.

25.08 - Once your character has reached or failed to reach their goals, it might be time to consider your character’s story coming to an end. Perhaps consider other new characters you might want to play.

Criminal Character:

26.01 - You should build up and pace it. Do not rush to be a mastermind criminal or a huge business owner in one day. It is highly unrealistic and very unlikely.

26.02 - Let your character make connections and learn how crime works in the city before making big moves like robbing banks or taking on potential rivals. You should be mindful of the attention from law enforcement agencies and others your actions might generate. Give yourself time between your acts of crime for things to cool down. You should expect to get more police attention, longer jail times and fines as well as investigations if you repeatedly commit criminal offences in a short time frame.

26.03 - Eventually your character would learn or come in contact with the structure of the criminal world. All criminals had to work their way up the ladder and this climb should be a very important part of their story. Making connections will evolve your story. And while some organizations and criminals may work together from time to time, conflict is expected.

26.04 - Territory, resources, taxing, consumers and power will drive many of these conflicts. Conflicts and cooperation both help make stories interesting. Make sure to have good amounts of both and avoid large alliances that never allow for any form of conflict.

26.05 - The establishment for the storyline is in the State of San Andreas (Stardust City) and the counties within it. It is a state made up of several million people with your characters being a sample of the people within it. While your characters may vary depending on what you prefer, the State of San Andreas will act and should be treated as a realistic state. A lot of balance for a character comes from this.

Interactions:

27.02 - During your time in the city, a player will get to interact with characters from all walks of life. From government officials, to law enforcement, to small business owners, to regular people. The goal is for players to provide each other with an immersive experience and add to each other’s stories. While you are with emergency medical services, you should strive to provide a good scenario for each other. The emergency medical services will act in a professional manner while the civilian should roleplay out their injuries to the best of their ability. The use of /me to provide extra information of vitals and injuries is encouraged.

27.03 - While you are with law enforcement officers, they will behave in a professional manner towards the public and each other. The public will provide a base level of respect that law enforcement agencies typically have. Be mindful of when in their custody and provide information through the usage of the /me command for officers to use in their investigations.

27.04 - Torture RP is allowed however refer to the Criminal Enterprise Guidelines for specific rules.

Hitman RP:

28.01 - All hits need to be verified by staff, both when put out and when executed. This is to prevent someone getting griefed by multiple people or having the target report RDM causing the hitman to get banned. If you have been contacted with a hit, please open a ticket to inform staff.

28.02 - Open contracts are NOT allowed, if you want to place a hit on someone then contact a hitman directly.

28.03 - Any hits conducted that are not approved by staff will be counted as RDM.

28.04 - Only ONE(1) hit contract per hitman shall be permitted to be in play at any given time. Only until the completion of each contract shall another contract be accepted.

Permadeath:

29.01 - You may decide that the events in your character’s story have led to the character being dead for good.

29.02 - If your character is down and you decide it's time for their permadeath, all you need to do is roleplay out the scenario and do “/ooc permakill or has no pulse” for example.

29.03 - You cannot claim permadeath and then not actually kill off your character.

29.04 - You cannot force permadeath on someone.

Driving & Vehicles:

30.01 - Vehicles must be driven realistically.

30.02 - A sports car should not go top speed up in the mountains. Try to stick to the limitations of your vehicle.

30.03 - Vehicles are never to be ramped off excessively high inclines and distances. A drop off on a highway or a ramp jumping to a highway is not excessive to an extent. Going 100+ mph to ramp from a distance like Benny's to Vanilla Unicorn is an example of what is considered excessive.

30.04 - If you are in a situation where you go off-road, respect the limitations of your vehicle based on the terrain.

30.05 - If you get into a crash with another vehicle, you should roleplay it out. Preferably go to the side of the road and settle it without the usage of weapons and firearms. Act in a civilized manner.

30.06 - You should treat Vehicles to their limitations. No carrying players while on bikes or having more people in a car than available seats and trunk space etc.

Flying and Operation of Aircrafts:

31.01 - As flying helicopters and planes will be a privilege allowed in Stardust City, we expect all members of the community to please fly responsibly and be sensible when flying. This refers to not flying any aircraft into another aircraft or crash land into populated areas of the city as this will be considered VDM.

31.02 - In an emergency situation where you need to land at the hospital helipad, you must first call /911e and relay to EMS and PD that you are requesting permission to land on the helipad at the hospital. Only after they respond back granting permission will you be allowed to land there. If you do not get a reply back, you must find another appropriate place to land and make your way there either by car or on foot.

Whitelisted Jobs:

32.01 - You will be terminated as an employee of the emergency medical services, police department, federal investigations bureau, lawyer or a judge if you are arrested under felony charges.

32.02 - Felons will not be able to work whitelisted jobs within the government or the law enforcement sector. Misdemeanors and minor infractions are less likely to reduce your opportunities and should be fine to a certain degree.

32.03 - Realtors, car dealers and mechanic employees are subject to the current head of their respective businesses on how he or she wishes to handle their employees related to criminal infractions and offences.

32.04 - Corruption within the law enforcement sector or government sector will not be tolerated. However, there is a difference between corruption and dirty actions. Corruption would be considered selling weaponry, equipment or abusing your powers for any personal gain. While playing dirty would be considered illegal in-city actions and should be treated within character rather than outside of character.

32.05 - Any whitelisted employee that is found to be embezzling money from a business in any way or shape will be blacklisted from having any other whitelisted job on the server after that point. Especially if carried out through a non-roleplay incident or after being transferred to another character which is an extreme case of power gaming and could possibly lead to a permaban.

Application Process:

33.01 - If you ask about your server application and/or message people from the job that you have applied to about if you got accepted or not, you are more than likely going to get denied. If you do not get a message within a specific time period, you are to assume your application has been declined.

33.02 - Do not complain or be toxic to staff after getting an application denied. This includes messaging them in discord.

Sideline Staffing:

34.01 - You are not permitted to take your own initiative to enforce the server regulations and guidelines if you are not a staff member. For example, using the /jail command to penalize someone for breaking the server guidelines. If another individual is in violation with the server policies, you are to report the individual through: /report or through a report ticket on the servers Discord. However you need to provide evidence in order for actions to be taken against the individual responsible for breaking the rules. (Screen recordings etc.)

34.02 - You are not allowed to impersonate members of the server staff team under any circumstance. Doing so will result in an immediate permanent ban from the server without the ability to appeal.

ERP:

35.01 - ERP(Erotic Roleplay) will not be tolerated in public spaces. If that is the roleplay you'd like to be involved in, you MUST take it to your house or the private rooms in clubs if the owner of the establishment has allowed it. Any media you collect with this RP should only be shared if people consent to it and absolutely should never be shared on a public forum.

Green Zones:

36.01 - We didn’t want to do this.. But with recent events, police stations and hospitals will be now considered green zones until further notice!! This does not mean you can run from an active scene into Ocean Medical hospital or Mission Row police department and no longer be targeted but rather criminal roleplay may not be initiated within the vicinity of these buildings!!

6th Slot:

37.01 - Guns, Knives, weapons of ANY kind are not allowed to be in your 6th slot. You can put anything else there but NO WEAPONS.

Members of the server staff team are authorized to penalize you at their own discretion if your actions are considered inappropriate, destructive or against unwritten policies that are simply considered common sense. However, you reserve the right to appeal any such staff actions.
