20.01 - Any and all requests in regard to the criminal enterprise system and organizations have to go through the Criminal Enterprise Management Team.
20.02 - Members of the community are forbidden to have different characters in multiple criminal organizations as well as different characters within the same criminal enterprise.
21.03 - When communicating within roleplay with members of your organization, you are mandated to take usage of an in city radio system or phone which can be purchased at Digital Den. Usage of Discord or any other such softwares is not allowed.
21.04 - Members of the Criminal Enterprise Management Team are mandated to be present within your organization’s communication server on Discord with full admin permissions.
21.05 - Failure to remain in compliance with the community policies and the criminal enterprise guidelines will in the long term result in the disassembly of your organization.
21.06 - Criminal related violence and attacks may happen anywhere and anytime. However, making your whereabouts known will result in your organization being known by law enforcement agencies. Refrain from engaging in major shootouts in the public to remain realistic.
21.07 - If your organization is carrying out illegal activities, you are more likely to be discovered by law enforcement agencies. Refrain from shooting up civilians and peace officers without any proper reasoning. Violence should only be used as a last resort. Your first instinct in scenarios such as this should be to flee and escape captivity without violence being involved.
21.08 - Do not consistently attack, murder or assault individuals that seek revenge against you or your organization or vice versa. This is naturally going to happen. Stay within character and have an open mind to realize that it is just a game.
21.09 - If you are downed or murdered during an attack by other criminal organizations and are taken to a hospital, you are not to re-engage within the same scenario until a minimum of ONE(1) HOUR has passed. This makes the odds fair and reasonable for the other gang but also more realistic at the same time.
20.10 - Your organization may choose to leave their property or territory at any given time. However, this opens up a window for an attack by rival criminal organizations. Do not complain or turn it into a staff situation because of this. Deal with it in character.
20.11 - Verified organizations will be disbanded if they are considered as inactive. An organization may be inactive for up to TWO(2) WEEKS before they are permanently disassembled.
20.12 - Any and all new members joining a Verified criminal organization must go through an administrative background check in order to be officially invited into that specific organization. This is to prevent individuals with a major negative record within the community from advancing onto ruining the reputation of Verified Gangs. Also to prevent them from abusing it.
20.13 - You may not jump criminal organizations without the green light of a member of the Criminal Enterprise Management Team as it is simply not realistic to do so without a very valid and appropriate reasoning behind it. If your character was a member of one organization, it may never be in another organization again unless it is approved by staff. If approved, a member of a Non-Verified criminal organization must wait a minimum of TWO(2) WEEKS until you may join another organization. Verified criminal organization members must wait a minimum of ONE(1) MONTH until they will be permitted to join another organization upon leaving after getting approval from staff. This does not apply to members getting removed or voted out of an organization.
20.14 - Please be careful and considerate of the numbers of your criminal organization. Individuals engaging in a more social and interactive style of roleplay are not limited by the size of the group.
20.15 - Please keep in mind that as the head of your criminal organization, you are responsible for the actions of your organization and you will be held accountable if your organization repeatedly fails to comply with the community policy and the criminal enterprise guidelines.
20.16 - Gangs and criminal organizations will naturally not get along with one another. Please refrain from having truces with every other organization in the city in order to keep the roleplay interesting and realistic. But also to prevent several organizations from ganging up on one or multiple smaller organizations or groups.
20.17 - The execution and usage of the drive by strategy is frowned upon by the Criminal Enterprise Management Team and the community as a whole. It usually involves little to no roleplay and is usually something that will be considered RDM which is not tolerated in any shape or form.
20.18 - Drive By’s are not permitted. What we consider a drive by is shooting at someone that is not in a vehicle while your vehicle is moving. Bring your vehicle to a complete stop for TWO(2)-THREE(3) SECONDS and then shoot. You MAY shoot from a moving vehicle at another person that is in another moving vehicle during a car chase. But you may not shoot from a moving vehicle at someone in a vehicle if it was not initially moving prior to you getting there.
20.19 - In order to establish a recognized criminal organization, you and your crew members must submit a complete list of all your members of your crew in the following format to the Criminal Enterprise Management Team and must keep us up to date on new additions to your crew or members being removed. You may not roam around the city and call yourselves a gang or crew until said list is submitted.
